all signs pointing EAST

just went to art in the streets for a second time with the RVCA crew.
for some reason it was much more memorable than the first time.
yet, still, the newyork portion was still my favorite, and above all,
mister keith haring's work was, per usual, astonishing. seems like
all signs are pointing east right now. gah, what
an inspiration keith was and is. we'll see what happens.

VOXHAUL BROADCAST
went to bloomfest on saturday with some cool cats
and amidst grabbing some ice cream sandwiches
and purchasing some new duds, we feasted our
eyes upon a dude with a cut off joy division tee and
a burgandy leather jacket. lets just say, he was
one good looking fellow.
that was until we watched him get on stage
and play some total jams. at that point,
his 'good looking-ness' turned to an undescribable
word where we basically all wished he was hanging
out with us after the show.
anyway, these dudes rule! best band that played
on saturday, hands down. check em out.

Saturday, July 23

opened up the random box today.
happy saturday.

pachanga

some people say this is their favorite movie merely because of
the 'love story'.
well, it's been my favorite movie since i first let 1 1/2 hours of my
life wash away glued to the screen.
everything from the soundtrack to the dancing to
patrick swayze to the wardrobe to the dialogue, this movie
is nothing short of amazing. oh and lets not forget that it
takes place in the early 1960's.
yes, i did used to have a huge 'dirty dancing' calendar
decorating my bedroom wall. some obsessions
never die. and don't deserve to.
rest in peace patrick swayze, thanks for making my
friday night an enjoyable one.
oh and lets not forget that i just bought a new pair
of keds yesterday.
LET'S DANCE.
